Tortilla Chips
Nacho Cheese Sauce
Pinto Beans, Drained & Rinsed
Sour Cream
Pico De Gallo
Sliced Black Olives
Medium Avocado, Diced

Loaded Nachos
Layers of chips smothered in nacho cheese, chorizo, pinto beans, and all of your favorite toppings. Feel free to play around with the ingredients to suit your taste.
Directions
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chorizo and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes, while breaking up into small pieces.

Meanwhile, heat nacho cheese in a saucepan, stirring frequently.

In a separate saucepan, cover the pinto beans in cold water and bring to a slow simmer.
Once cheese, sausage and beans are thoroughly heated, drain the beans and chorizo.
Place a layer of tortilla chips on a serving tray, and layer with cheese, beans and chorizo.
Repeat these layers until all of the cheese, beans and chorizo are used.
Top the dish with the pico de gallo, sour cream, olives, avocado, jalapeños and cilantro.
Serve immediately.
