Carrots, Small Diced

Celery, Small Diced

Red Onion, Small Diced
Garlic, Minced
Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped
French Bread, Day Old, Cubed
Chicken Stock, Unsalted

Linguiça Stuffing

Traditional Thanksgiving stuffing made with Silva Linguica.


Heat a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add the butter and linguica and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes before adding carrot, onion, and celery.  Allow to cook for another 5 minutes or until onion is wilted.

Add the garlic and cook a minute longer before adding the rosemary and French bread.  Mix well then pour stock slowly over the bread as you mix.

Once all of the stock is incorporated, cover the pot and allow to cook for about 5 minutes, or until it is heated all of the way through.

Season to taste with salt and pepper


Serve while hot.
