It starts with a family — and a dream passed down from generations. When Manuel Martins founded Silva Sausage in 1967, food became the way to share his life-long traditions with others.

I grew up in Maui eating linguica in Portugese bean soup as a kid and when I moved to Washington State I found your sausage and have been using it for many years. We buy it at Wal-Mart here once a week. It is a staple for my Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. My daughter says it's ono (hawaiian for yummy)..."
