- 2 (1 lb) loaves of frozen bread dough
- 1 lb loose Silva Italian Sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded Mozzarella



1. Roll bread dough out into rectangular shape.

2. Spread cooked and drained sausage onto each roll.

3. Layer Mozzarella and Parmesan over the sausage.

4. Beat eggs in a small bowl, and pour over cheeses.

5. Roll dough loaves up like jellyrolls and seal edges with water.

6. Let rise for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet.

7. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Tastes great dipped in marinara sauce!
