- 8 oz “Button Mushrooms”
- 1 Medium yellow onion, peeled
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ pound Silva Sausage Links (choose flavor)

1. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any grit or dirt.
2. Cut the onion in half. Cut each half into quarters, being careful to keep the pieces together as much as possible.
3. Cut sausage links into 1” pieces. Cook in medium saucepan, drain; place on plate and cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. On a kabob skewer, thread a piece of sausage, onion wedge, cherry tomato, and then a mushroom. Repeat in same order until skewer is full.
5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place filled skewers on a foil lined baking sheet and place on top rack of oven to bake for 10 minutes. |
