A vegetable lovers dream, this sandwich is made with a hearty helping of mushrooms, onion, bell peppers and tomato sauce.

- 4 Silva Sausage Round Sizzlers (choose flavor)
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper, cleaned and sliced lengthwise
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cleaned and sliced lengthwise
- 1 green bell pepper, cleaned and sliced lengthwise
- 6 large button mushrooms, washed, dried and sliced thin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 3 cups prepared tomato sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Focaccia rolls



1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and fry sausage patties until done, about 5 minutes per side. Add white wine, continue to sauté until liquid has evaporated.

2. Add tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Simmer on low heat until heated through.

4. Assemble on warmed Focaccia rolls starting with sausage patty, then spoon vegetables on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
