- Sausage (any flavor)
- Artichokes
- Tomatoes
- Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- English muffins
1. Thoroughly heat sausage in medium saucepan; drain and let cool.
2. Place toasted muffins on a sheet pan; spread prepared pizza sauce (2 Tbs per muffin) out to edge of muffins.
3. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly over all muffins.
4. Place 1 tomato slice on each muffin; then add sausage slices on top of tomato in a circle.
5. Place 1 artichoke in the center of each muffin.
6. Cook in a preheated 400 degree oven, on top rack, for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
