- 7 Ounces Silva Sausage (choose flavor)
- 1 ¾ cups water
- 1 cup converted white rice, uncooked
- ¾ cup of your favorite mild salsa
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
- 4 (10 inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1. Cook sausage thoroughly, in medium saucepan, and drain.
2. Stir in water, rice, salsa and chilis. Reduce heat to low, cover. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until rice is tender.
3. Spoon sausage mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
4. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up!
5. Serve with refried beans. |
