Sausage Swiss Cheese Quiche

Cooking Time: 30-60 min



- 8 oz Silva Sausage (choose flavor)
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix
- ¼ cup water
- 6 oz Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper



1. Cook sausage in medium saucepan and drain.

2. Mix biscuit baking mix and water until a soft dough forms, beating for 20 strokes.

3. Press dough in the bottom of a greased 9” round pan and 1” up the sides.

4. Arrange sausages in a spoke fashion on the dough. Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.

5. Beat eggs with a fork in a small bowl; stir in milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausages and cheese.

6. Bake at 350 degrees until puffed and golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
