- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 Tbs mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz Silva Sausage (choose flavor), finely chopped
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. In a 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole, micro-cook cream cheese, uncovered, on 100% HIGH about 1 minute until soft.
2. Stir in the sour cream, milk, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add the sausage, half of the onion and the Parmesan cheese; stir.
4. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes, until heated through, stirring once.
5. Sprinkle with remaining onion.
6. Serve with crackers, raw veggies or cubed Rye Bread. |
