Servings: 2-3 dozen appetizers
Cooking Time: 0-30 min | | 
- 1 lb. Silva Sausage (choose flavor), casings removed
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, much like you would a meat loaf. Mixture will be stiff.
3. Form into 1” balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until well browned. Drain on paper towels and serve warm. |
